A year ago Anne Honeycutt attended Northwest Admirer Fest dressed in a hot pinkish and black DJ Hello Your cat outfit, complete with boom-box and rhinestone-encrusted headphones.

"It talks about being a woman, being a nerd, the good things about, kinda the unpleasant things about it, " explained Honeycutt, who will be a panelist for the texte.
One of the things Honeycutt enjoys most regarding these gatherings is being around a bunch of like-minded fans. For her, the term "fandom" tactics community.
"I grew up my very existence feeling like I was weird due to the fact I was really into things most other girls weren't into, even the players I grew up with weren't really occasions. "
